Burdens: View Material Orders
We are in the process of updating our help guides. In the past few months, there have been many upgrades to the app, so we apologise if the instructions do not match your use. On the Burdens Portal, it’s easy to view your past material orders and check their status.
Accessing Material Orders
Begin on the Burdens Portal and press the ‘View Material Orders’ tile.
On the Material Orders page, you’re able to view, edit, delete and create material orders.
To edit or delete a material order, click the ‘...’ button on the right side of each material order’s line.
To start a new material order, press ‘Create’ in the top right corner of the page.
If there are many material orders on your account, you can refine the results by entering keywords into the search bar.
You can also apply filters to help narrow results.

Material Orders Status
When sending off Material Orders, they should always be sent with the ‘Draft’ status. Once they have been received and accepted by Burdens, the status will change to ‘Processed’.
You can check if the status has changed on the left of each material order’s line.
