If you have previously set up a profile on Trade Trak, it’s possible to link your Burdens account without the need for a new account.
1) Accessing Integrations
From the navigation bar on Trade Trak, select your profile icon or initials in the top right corner, from the drop-down menu, choose ’Company Settings’, and from the next drop-down menu, press ’Integrations’.
2) Connect Your Burdens Account
Once in Integrations, press ’Connect Your Burdens Account’.
A new pop-up will appear and you will need to enter your:
- Burdens customer number
- Burdens email
Note: If you do not have an email address associated with your Burdens account, you are able to leave that section blank
Press ’Find Account’
