White Labelling Your Account

Please note:
We are in the process of updating our help guides. In the past few months, there have been many upgrades to the app, so we apologise if the instructions do not match your use. Note: This is a feature that only admins and super admins have access to.

Trade Trak allows you to make the app your own. You can add your own company logo, colours and more!

Accessing Profile Settings

To access white label options, click on your icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Company Settings’ and then ‘Profile’.

1) Company Main Colour

You can use the colour selector or manually enter in a Hex code to change your company’s main colour. This will be used on documents created in Trade Trak (e.g. quotes and invoices).

2) Company Logo

Upload your own company logo which will be shown for all employees on the navigation bar, as well as on all documents that are generated through the app.

3) Favicon

You can upload your company’s own Favicon, which is the icon that shows on the tab of your browser. Favicons must be 16x16 pixels.

4) Inbound Email Address

Email settings can be found by clicking on ‘Other’ from the left-hand side navigation bar in Company Settings.
Trade Trak will have automatically assigned you an email address, but you can edit all text before ‘@ttrak.co’, so you can customise this to suit your company.
