Billing Settings
Each time you create a job on Trade Trak, you use one credit. These can be purchased manually in Billing Settings, or you can set up automatic purchases.
Accessing Billing Settings
To access Billing Settings, click on your icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
From the drop-down menu, select ‘Company Settings’, and then from the new drop-down menu, select ‘Billing’.

On this page, you’re able to view your billing history, view how many credits you currently have and adjust your app credit settings.
Auto Purchase Settings
If you wish to set up automatic purchases for credits, there are a couple of fields that you need to enter. Once you have saved these settings, the credit card you have entered will automatically be charged when a purchase is needed.
1. Auto Purchase Credit Quantity
Enter the number of credits that you would like the app to automatically purchase.
2. Auto Purchase Credit Threshold
Once your account reaches this number of credits, the system will automatically purchase the quantity you specified (e.g. once your account hits 5 credits, the auto purchase will be triggered).
Note: If you do not wish to use the auto-purchase feature, leave this field as 0.
Make sure to press ‘Save’ once you have entered all of the details.
Purchase Credit
To manually purchase credits, click on the ‘Purchase Credit’ button.
A new pop-up will appear. Enter the number of credits you would like to purchase, and then select which payment method you would like to use.
Options:
- Use existing payment method
- Enter new credit card
Click ‘Purchase’ once done and your credit card will be charged.
Update Payment Details
To change the credit card that’s stored on your account, click on the ‘Update Payment Details’ button.
A new pop-up will appear, and you will be required to enter the credit card number, expiry date and CVC number.
Press ‘Save’ once you have entered all of the details.
