Data Export

On Trade Trak you’re able to export certain parts of data for your personal use or to be imported into your accounting software. All export is sent directly to your email and is formatted differently depending on which type of data you chose.

To access data export on Trade Trak, press on your icon or name in the top right corner of your navigation bar, from the drop-down menu, select Company Settings, then from the new drop-down menu, press on Data Export.

There are three different types of exports you can do on the Data Export page.

Data Exports

From the Data Exports section, you will need to select the type of data you would like to export from a drop-down menu. Each type of data will have different information you’re required to enter.
Once you have entered the information, you can press ‘Export Data’ and it will be sent to your email. You can do this for as many data types as you would like.

1) Users

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Created date range (start)
- Created date range (end)
- User

2) Teams

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Created date range (start)
- Created date range (end)

3) Clients

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Client (select as many as needed)

4) Suppliers

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Suppliers (select as many as needed)

5) Contacts

No information is required. All clients will be exported.

6) Jobs

The information you’re able to enter to refine results is:
- Created date range (start)
- Created date range (end)
- Jobs start between (start)
- Jobs start between (end)
- Jobs end between (start)
- Jobs end between (end)
- Jobs (select as many as needed)
- Job status (select as many as needed)

Accounting Exports

Note: Both accounting software exports are currently in Beta.

First select which accounting software you would like to export the data for. Your selection will affect how the data is formatted to make it simpler to import.

Once you have made your selection for accounting software and data type, press Export Data

Options:
- MYOB (beta)
- Xero (beta)

Then select the data you would like to export.

1) Expenses

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Created date range (start)
- Created date range (end)
- Job
- Supplier

2) Invoices

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Created date range (start)
- Created date range (end)
- Job
- Supplier

3) Clients

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Clients (select as many as needed)

4) Suppliers

The information you’re required to enter is:
- Suppliers (select as many as needed)

Data Export 3

Company Exports

You can also do a company export on Trade Trak.
For this, there are only two options:
- Full
- Files

Press Export Data once done
