User Calendar
On Trade Trak you can schedule users for jobs or non-job items.
To access the User Scheduler, select ‘Scheduling’ from the navigation bar. Then from the dropdown, select ‘User Calendar’.
To schedule a user, click on the ‘+’ In the top right corner of the page.
Scheduling Users to Jobs
There are a few details that you will be asked to enter information for when scheduling a user for a job. Any mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
- Job *
- Users *
- Schedule Notes
- Start Date *
- End Date *
- Start Time *
- End Time *
Underneath these details, you will also have the option to make this job recurring. If you tick the checkbox, you will need to enter how frequently the job will repeat and when (if ever) the recurrence ends.
Underneath this is another checkbox where you can choose whether or not to notify users of their scheduling.
Scheduling Users to Non-Job Items
To schedule a non-job item, select ‘Non-Job’ from the top of the Create Schedule pop up box.
Again, there are a few details that you will be asked to enter information for when scheduling a user for a job. Any mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.
- Non-Job *
- Users * (or select + Add all)
- Schedule Notes
- Start Date *
- End Date *
- Start Time *
- End Time *
- Recurring?
- Notify Users?
You can add items to your non-job list here.
Scheduler Features
At the top of the scheduler, you have the option to select different calendar views for:
- Month
- Week
- Day
Next to this, there is a print button and a filter button, where you can filter the calendar to only show a certain user.
If you click on a bubble on the calendar, it will bring up more information regarding the item that’s been scheduled, including:
- User’s name
- Date
- Time
- Job or non-job item
- Status (if applicable)
- Client (if applicable)
You will also notice there are icons to:
- View
- Edit
- Delete
