Sharing SWMS Templates With Subcontractors

When creating a SWMS template, you have the option to share access with subcontractors.

1) Access SWMS Builder
To create a new SWMS template, click on your icon or name in the top right corner from any page on Trade Trak, from the drop-down menu select ‘Templates’, and then ‘SWMS Templates’.
2) Template Permissions
When in the ‘SWMS Template’ page, click ‘Create’ to build a new template.
One of the first options when building your new template is selecting who the template is available to.
Options:
- Company
- Subcontractors
- Both
This means that you can create SWMS specific for subbies or permanent workers, and create more general SWMS for both.
