Create a Team
Trade Trak's Teams feature allows you to group users into a team that can then be easily added to jobs & tasks, saving you the time of having to select every individual user when assigning jobs.
Viewing Current Teams
To access the Teams menu, simply click on your profile picture on the top right hand side of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select the 'People' menu, then select 'Team'.
From here, you are able to view all the current teams you have set up and which users are in which teams.
You can edit or delete a team by selecting the three small dots on the right of the corresponding team you wish to adjust.
Create a New Team
To create a new team, simply select the 'Create' button on the top right of this screen.
From here, all you have to do is fill in the name of the team, select the users you wish to add to the team from the drop-down menu and then select 'Save'.
